Risper Were Adhoch

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of Risper Were Adhoch.

Daughter of the late Peter Adhoch and Pamela Adhoch. Step-daughter of Margarita Adhoch. At the time of passing she was the Principal of Nyakongo Girls Secondary School and co-proprietor of St Pamela Education Centre. She was pioneer Principal of Mumias Muslim Girls Secondary School, Principal of Mwangaza Secondary School and Principal of Lirhembe Girls Secondary.

Beloved wife of Wilson Oginga Gwara. Loving mother of Billy Odhiambo Oginga, Irene Achieng Oginga, Mary Cynthia Atieno Oginga and Brian Omondi Oginga. Sister of Cleopas Adhoch, Jane Omullo, James Adhoch, Charles Adhoch, Opiyo Adhoch, the late Jared Adhoch and the late Hellen Adhoch. Step-sister of Carilus Adhoch,Willis Adhoch, John Otieno Adhoch, Juma Adhoch and the late Dennis Adhoch. Sister-in-law of James Gwara and John Gwara. Aunty of many.

Family and friends are meeting at their home in Alwala, Seme, Kisumu County, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Port Florence Funeral Home Kisumu at 10.00 am on 17th August, 2018 and thereafter burial ceremony will be held at the family home in Alwala, Seme Kisumu County on 18th August 2018.
