Robert Isika Mwangovya

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce thepassing on of our beloved Robert Isika Mwangovya on 10th February 2023. Robert worked as an Under-secretary in the Ministry of Lands & Physical Planning (National Titling Centre) before a recent transfer to the Department of Defence, where he worked in the same capacity until his demise.

Robert was the loving son of the late Joseph Paul Mwangovya and Lilian Taulo Mwangovya, stepson of Joyce Mwangovya. Robert was blessed with a large and loving family. He was brother to Maureen (Mercy), Duncan, Alex (Canada), Annie (Italy), the late Catherine, Timothy, Oliver, Bridget (USA), Francis, David, Freda (Canada), Faith, Gladys, Eva, Oscar, Nancy, Charity, Nicky (Bahrain) and Victor.

Brother-in-law to the late Karisa, Mercy, Jayne (Canada), Franchesco (Italy) and Patricia.

Uncle to Ian, Eric, Nicole, Lyndon, Leroy, Leon, Alvin, Sasha, Randy, Brandon, Bradley, Brian, Sarah, and Emma.

Family and friends are meeting daily at their home in Kileleshwa Hamisi Road-Sunny Heights-D2 for prayers, support, and burial arrangements.

The memorial service will be held at the Nairobi Baptist Church, Bethel Sanctuary Ngong Road, on Wednesday, 22nd February 2023, at 10.00am.

The burial will take place on Saturday, 4th March 2023,in Galanema Village, Chonyi Sub-County in Kilifi County, starting at 9.00am.
