Today marks the 25th anniversary of the day you left us on that fateful Friday, 7th August, 1998 after a terror attack on the American Embassy.

Since you departed, each passing day we heartily thank God for the blessings your life bestowed on us & others who loved you. Although you left this world when you answered your maker’s call, we are still left with questions of how things could be different if you were still with us. Your presence illuminated our hearts with warmth & love. We cherish those moments as your spirit lingers on in our thoughts, minds & hearts, every day of our lives. Even as we celebrate the remembrance & appreciation of your love, kindness, integrity, focus & discipline that touched so many people, we believe you are resting in heavenly peace watching over us, always. As we forever hold you in our hearts, say hi to the others who have joined you, until we meet again in heavenly glory.

Dearly missed by wife Margaret Otolo, Children: Victor & Mrs Farida Otolo; Richard & Mrs Natasha Otolo, Abraham Otolo. Grandchildren: Randy, Sarah & Lara,Your brother Coutts, Sisters Mary, Helen & Lucy; Relatives & friends.
