Rose Awino Ameda

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Rose Awino Ameda who was an employee of National Museums of Kenya, stationed at Institute of Primate Research — Karen.

Daughter to the late Michael Ameda and the late Christine Ameda.

Mother to Christine Achieng Ameda.

Sister to the late James Malunga, Joseph Oliech,Agnes Nyakako, Margaret Ameda, the late Matilda Ochieng and John Ameda.

Sister in law to Grace, Flora, Pamela, the late Joseph Nyakako and the late Joseph Nyaganjo.

Auntie to Caroline, Irene Ochieng, Natasha, Jacky, Priscilla, Patrick, Mark, Michael Omondi, Michael Ameda, Michael Odhiambo, Risper, Loice, Walter, Edwin, Dan, Kevin, Maureen, Irene Malunga and Christine.

The cortege leaves Nairobi Women’s Hospital— Adam’s Arcade Branch on 8th June 2023 at 1.30pm for a Requiem Mass at St Andrew’s Catholic Church, Nkaimurunya-Ongata Rongai at 3.00pm.

There will be a funeral and burial service on 9th June 2023 beginning from 9.00am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church Olepolos, thereafter she will be laid to rest at her home- Olepolos.
