Rose Saliku Namidi

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely death of Rose Saliku Namidi on 13th February, 2023 after a short illness.

Loving daughter to the late Mr and Mrs Ganira.

Loving wife to Japheth Namidi Django. Loving mother to Clara, Jevons, Brenda and Yvonne Namidi. Mother in law to Roman and Irene Simiyu. Doting Grandmother to Ganira, Shar, Shay, Raja, Ayan and Ray.

Sister to Joyce Jaika, Tabitha Shivairo, Pauline Udali, Jane Nyangasi,Teresa Adagi and Mary Ganira.

Sister-in-law to Mugebe, the late Kabala, the late Machayo, Kisia, the late Muhonja and Osengo, the late Jaika, the late Shivairo, Udali and Adagi.

Aunt to Nare’s, Machayo’s, Kisia, Emoli’s, Egoha’s, Osengo’s, Vulimu, Patrick, Mwanje, Vukame, Collins, Brian, Lisa, the late Eshton, Lynda, Charles,Abner and many others.

The body lies at Umash Funeral Home. A brief memorial service will be held at Umash on Friday 24th February 2023 at 8.00am. Thereafter, the cortege leaves for burial at Vumale Village, Kegoye Sub-Location Vihiga County on Saturday 25th February 2023.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and a friend to many.
