Rose Wangeci Mwangi

It is with great sadness and submission to God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Rose Wangeci Mwangi; a Business-lady at Gikomba Market, which occurred on Thursday 3rd November, 2022 at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital – Nairobi, after a short illness bravely borne.

Loving daughter of the late James Mwangi Muthara and the late Nancy Wangui Mwangi. Sister to Antony Wamwea & Faith, Gerald Gacheru & Sarah, Mary Waruguru, Mr & Mrs Michael Muriithi, Priscilla Wanjiru & Steve Mbugua.

Auntie to Joy, Vanessa, Diana, Natasha, Adrian, Ryan, Dylan, Alyssa, Tessy, Ivy, Christine and Monica.

Grandchild of Mary Wamahiga Gacheru of lrindi, Othaya. A niece to the late Joseph, Grace, Stephen, Jane, Wycliffe, Dave, Wallace, the late Eunice, Charles, Elenah, Rev. Mwai, Stephen, Wilson, Joseph, Charles and many others. A friend to many.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital Mortuary (along Northern Bypass) on Friday 11th November 2022 at 7.00am for Church Service at PCEA – Kibirigwi Parish, along Sagana – Karatina Highway, from 10.00am and thereafter interment will be held at her parents’ home in Kibirigwi Village, Ndia Division in Kirinyaga County.

Rose in God’s arm you rest and in our hearts you will live forever. Fare thee well.
