It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Rose Wughanga Mwandende.

Daughter of the late Samuel Ngale and the late Christina Mkajuma. Wife of the late Mwalimu Francis Mwandende Kishiki. Mother of Christina Mkajuma, Pauline Mawondo, Clara Chari, Victoria Wakesho, Jones Kishiki, Janeliza Wanjala, Mercy Maghuwa, Samuel Ngale, Selinah Mghambi and Martin Msafari. Mother-in-law of Geoffrey Kimonge, Bevington Mwakideu, Leonice Mshai, Sospeter Mwakoma among others. She has left behind 31 Grandchildren, 5 Great-grandchildren and I Great-great-grandchild. Sister of the late Rehema Mkanjala, the late Everlyne Wawuda, the late George Mwakio, the late Cecilia Wakesho, Davison Mdamu and Eudiah Mkawandu. Aunt and friend of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the family residence in Mwatate Town, next to the new market. The cortege will leave St. Joseph hospital Ikanga-Voi on Friday 20th September, 2019.

Burial will be on Saturday 2Ist September, 2019 at the Mwatate town family residence Taita Taveta County.

There will be a fundraising on Wednesday 18th September, 2019 starting from 2.00pm at the same venue.
