Rtd Arch Bishop Timothy Gakubia Kung’u

AIPCK Bishop Synod, under Arch Bishop John Mwaura wishes to announce the death of Rtd Arch Bishop Timothy Gakubia Kung’u which occurred on Monday 4th May 2020.

Son of the late Norman Kung’u and the late Hellen Muthithi. Husband of Naomi Wambui Gakubia. Father of Isaac Kung’u, Eunice Muthithi Mukere, Tabitha Wanjiru Ndung’u, Peter Githinji, Ruth Nyambura, Pastor James Kamau (PGM Church, Naivasha) and Lilian Njeri, USA.

Brother of Stephen Njuguna, late James Kamau, late Jonah Mungai and the late Samuel Gitenguri. Grandfather of Timothy Githinji, Isaac Ndung’u, Naomi Wambui Kinyanjui, Brigit Wambui of USA, Brenda Wambui Kamau, Naomi Wambui Nyambura, Silvia Njoki Kamau and many others.

The cortege will leave Jamani funeral home on Friday 8th May 2020 at 8.30am.Thereafter prayers and burial will take place at his home at Karai, Naivasha.
