It is with sorrow that we announce the passing on of Rtd. Archbishop William Alexander Mureithi.

Son of the late Joseph Wachira and the late Beatrice Wanjiku. Brother of Meshac, Jane, Rahab, Wanjohi, Maina, Ruth and Wangeci.

Husband of the late Jerioth Njeri Muriithi. Father of Regina Wanjiku, Anthony Wachira, Moses Waichuhi, Timothy Wamae, Christine Nyambura, and Mathew Wahome.

Father-in-law of Lawrence Miano, Tabitha Nyambura, Veronica Wangari, Alice Wanjiru, Shadrack Thiongo, and Beatrice Njeri.

Grandfather of Catherine, Benjamin, William, Alex, Jerioth, Dennis, Liam, Vernesa, Bill, Janice, Claire,William, Elsie, Malia, Alex and Timmy. Great-grandfather of Kyla Mutheu and Lens Miano.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home Nakuru on Monday, 17th October 2022 at 12.00pm for a requiem Mass at AIPCA Nakuru Cathedral at 2.00pm.

The funeral service will be on 18th October 2022 at his home in Stoo Mbili, Njoro Sub-county from 10.00am.
