Rtd. Canon Thomas Gicharu Munyambu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our dear Retired Reverend Canon Thomas Gicharu Munyambu on 6th April 2023.

Son of the late Samuel Munyambu and the late Leah Wanjiru.

Beloved husband to Hannah Nyambura. Father of Wanjiru, Njeri, Munyambu, Wangari (USA), Wambui, Ng’endo (USA), Wanjiku, Gachiri, Nduta and Wamwea (USA).

Brother to Ng’endo, Nyanjui, Njoroge, and the late Wamwea, the late Wangari, the late Wambui and the late Waweru.

Father-in-law to the late Wakori, Gitau, Ngima, Mumo, Ngotho (USA), Njoki and Wanjiru (USA).

A grandfather, great grandfather and uncle to many.

The cortege leaves JM Kariuki Memorial funeral home on I 6th April 2023 at 12.00pm for a memorial service at AIPCA Church Rurii. The burial will be on Monday, 17th April 2023 at his home in Rurii, Nyandarua.
