It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Rtd. Corps Sergeant Major Zablon Ongeri Openda of Salvation Army Kisii Corps, Gusii District, which occurred on 07109/2023.

Son of the late C.S.M(R) Naftal and HLS (R) the late Agnes Nyakerario Openda.

Husband to Esther Nyaboke Ongeri. Father to Evaline Mwasi, Mary Muthoni, Eric Nyamacharara and Lawrence Onyiego.

Funeral arrangements are ongoing at his Jogoo home, Zonic Hotel Kisii and Nairobi bypass, Kamakis Area.

Burial date will be Communicated later.
