The family of the Elder Joseph Kinyua Kamau announces the sad demise of retired Elder Evelyn Wambui (Wa Joseph) on Friday the 8th April 2022.

Wife to the late retired Elder Joseph Kinyua Kamau. She hails from Kiunjugi Village, Gathehu Sub-location, Magutu Location, Mathira Nyeri County.

Mother to the late Johnson Kamau, Peris Wangari, James Ngari (Formerly of Ministry of Labour), the late Charles Ngatia, Mary Gathigia (Isiolo), Elizabeth Thuguri, Maina (Jabez- Embu) and Esther Wanjiru Sister to the later Zedekiah Maina Ngari.

Mother in law to Jane Wakonyu, Lydia Wakariti, late Monicah Wangechi, John Waititu (Isiolo) and Alphonson Gichuru (Othaya) Grandmother and Great Grandmother to many.

Family and friend are meeting daily at her Mwituya-ini Farm, Gaithehu, Mirema Sports Bar in Zimmerman and Koimugo Estate in Embu for prayers and funeral arrangement.

The cortege leave Jamii Hospital Mortuary Karatina on the 15th April 2022 at 8.00 m.

The Funeral and memorial service will take place at her Mwituya-ini farm starting at 10.00am.
