Rtd. Rev. Festus Wekesa Khamala (Kwichichi)
We the family and the Christian fraternity wish to announce the death of Rtd. Rev. Festus Wekesa Khamala (Kwichichi), formerly of P.E.FA Church which occurred on 29th January 2020 at Bungoma Referral Hospital.
Son of the late Peter Khamala, and the late Reba Nakhanu. Husband of the late Joinah Nasike. Father of Sammy Wekesa of Nabwala market, Gladys Wambulwa-Mwiyenga primary school, Stephen Masinde-Nangili, Pastor George Wafula – Machakha P.E.F.A church, Mwalimu Shadrack Nyongesa – Namachanja High school, Emmanuel Wanjala-NEMA Nairobi, the late Mary Nandacha, Mwalimu Joel Wabwile – Kamuriai, Elijah Waswa – Reach International and Oripah Naswa — Green Town Complex Malaba. He is survived by 37 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Chebosi village Matisi sub location Webuye west constituency for funeral arrangements.
Burial will take place at Chebosi area opposite Chebosi Boys School on Saturday 8th January 2020 starting from 10.00 am.
