Ruth Goiri Mucheru (Wathendi)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our mother Ruth Goiri Mucheru.

Wife of the late Norman Mucheru. Mother of Rosemary Njeri Gachau, James Kabul Mucheru, Nancy Nyambura Kamau and Beatrice Wachera Maim. Mother-in-law of John Ernest Gachau Giitwa, Everasia Wanjiru Kabul, Michael Kamau Karingu and Martin Mains Mwangi. Grandmother of Dr. Albert Giitwa, Gachau, Newton Mucheru Kabul, Phoebe VVangui Kamau, Margaret Wairimu Muchiri and many others. Doting aunt of many nieces, nephews and great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Munyaka Paramount Hotel (Tea Room) River Rd from 6.30pm. The cortege leaves Kiriaimini Mission Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 29th July 2017 at 9.30am for a service at ACK St John Church, Kiru and thereafter burial at her farm Kagio-ini (Keni) Muranga County.

Mum you fought a good fight finished the race and kept the faith, may the Lord rest her soul in eternal peace. Amen.
