It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely passing on of Ruth Talai Kiptoo of Kapkokwon Cheptingting. in Orokwo Location, Baringo Central Constituency, Baringo County.
Daughter of the late Barkwang Cheburet and the late Tarkok Barkwang.
Mother of Cyrus, Isaiah, Diana, Ernest and James Kalvince.
She is also survived by her sister Anna Talai and step sister of the late Kiptui, late Richard, Linah, late Kenneth, Kiplagat, Maxine and Cynthia. Grandmother and great grandmother to many.
Friends and family are meeting daily at 4.00 pm at her home in Kapkokwon and at Goshen Inn Hotel in Eldoret for prayers and funeral planning.

The cortege will leave Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 18th October 2025 at 7.00 am for Funeral service and burial at her Kapkokwon home in Baringo County.
