It is with deep Sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Ruth Wanjiku lraya of Kamahindu, sub-location, Lari Sub-County, Kiambu County, which occurred on Monday 20/01/2020.

Wife of the late Isaiya Iraya Kabaiko. Sister of the late Khadija Wanjiru and Ann Washuka. Doting Mother of the late Kabaiko Iraya, Joseph Wainaina Kabaiko (Queens Garden – Eldoret), Jane Wangare (Utawala – Nairobi), Maria Wairimu, Mary Wanjiru, John Njenga, Paul Kimani all from Gatamaiyo among others. Mother-in-law of Jane Wainaina the late Gibson Obwol, Peter Kimani, David Mwaura among others. Aunty, Grandmother and Great Grandmother of many.

The cortege leaves Mukue mortuary Githunguri on Wednesday 29/01/2020 at 8am. Funeral service and burial will be held on the same day at her home Kamahindu, Lari Sub County, Kiambu County from 10am.

Friends and family are meeting daily from 6:00 am at Queens Garden Eldoret and at Mr. Wainaina Residence along Statehouse Avenue, Ridley close  Apartments-Nairobi.
