It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the death of Sally Wanjiku Ngata of Section 58, Nakuru City on Monday, 30th January, 2023.

Daughter to Johanna Waithaka Thing’a and the late Hannah Mugure Waithaka. Daughter in-law to the late Hannah Wathoni Ngata.

Beloved wife to Eng. Stanley Gathuru Ngata. Loving mother to Kennedy Ngata Gathuru (Sony Middle East & Africa) & Veronica Wanjugu-Ngata (Westgate Mall); Christine Wathoni Gathuru (361 Degrees); Eng Martin Waithaka Gathuru (St. Andrews – Turi) & Wendy Gaya Waithaka (NACADA).

Sister to Teresiah Ndung’u, Clement Thing’a, Jacinta Wairimu, Peter Kinyanjui, Jane Ng’ethe and Augustine Ihuthia. Sister-in-law Nyokabi & the late Njau Kirori, Peterson Muniu & Alice Gakenia, Hannah Wangari & the late Peter Ng’ang’a, Beth Wanjiku & Late Josephat Mbugua, John Mwaura & Rose Karimi, Rosemary Wanjiku, Anne Njeri, Joseph Ng’ethe and Hannah Wanjiru.

Grandmother to Stanley Gathuru Ngata 11, Anna Wanjiku Waithaka, Sally Wanjiku Ngata and Imani Hilda Wathoni Waithaka. She was a cousin, niece and aunty to many.

Meetings are being held at her home in Section 58 Nakuru every day from 5.00pm and at their rural home Nyanduma Location, Mugumo-ini Gakugu farm.

The cortege leaves PNN Funeral- Nakuru at 7.30arn on 7th February 2023 for a Funeral service in Lari, Nyanduma Location; Mugumo-ini. Burial ceremony will be conducted thereafter at Gakugu Farm, Kiambu County.
