1945 – 2021
It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mzee Samuel A. Adwa on the 23rd of November, 2021, at Gendia Adventist Hospital.
Mzee Adwa was born on the 8th March 1945 to the late Mzee Adwa Auma & the late Agiso Nyakuoro. Loving Husband to the late Josephine A. Adwa of Homa Bay County, Kochia East, Kamenya Nyamanga SDA Church. Much loved Father to Lorna Malawi (USA), Micah Otieno (Tanzania), Daniel Owino (Kisumu), Orpah Adwa (USA), Elizabeth Adwa (USA) & Elma Adwa (Nairobi).
Grandfather to William Malawi (USA), TJ Malawi (USA), Samuel Otieno (USA), Adrian Adwa (Kisumu), Carlos Adwa (Kisumu), Sammy Adwa (Kisumu), Philip Adwa (Kisumu), Marcell Adwa (Kisumu), Olivia Otieno (USA), Josephine Adwa (Kisumu) & Josephine (Jo) Adwa (Kenya).
Father in law to Taabu Malawi (USA), Caroline Otieno (Tanzania) & Lilian Owino (Kisumu). Brother to Ayub Adwa and Oyongo Adwa (all the late), Eunice Akello, the late Ocholla Okech Oswago Okech, Late Karen, Sophia, Hellen Oswago, Odera All among others.
Brother in-law to Hezron, Joseph, Shem, Japheth, Timothy, Rose (all the late), Vitallis Ballah, Meshack Omoro, Moses, Eli, Patroba, Drucilla Gogo,Tabitha Okiro, Rael Onyim, Zipporah Ballah, Grace Omoro, amuel Odugu, Zilper Odongo, Pheobe A. Opondo and Monica Odugu. Uncle to Honourable Johnson Omore, Bob Oyongo, Kennedy Odilla, Adero Aswago, among others.
The church service is scheduled for Friday, 3rd December 2021 from 900 to 1100 at Nairobi South SDA Church.
Funeral (Burial) will be held on Monday 6th December 2021, from 900 to 1200.
