We wish to announce the promotion to glory of our father and grandfather, Samuel Mutura Muchema on 3rd March, 2022.
Son of the late Muchema Ciira and Martha Nyiha.
Loving husband to the late Phyllis Wairimu Mutura and Mary Wangui Mutura.
Brother to the late Virginia Waithira Muthiga, Lucy Wanjiru Kagiri, John Ng’ang’a, Moses Waiguru and Peter Kung’u .
Father to Martha Nyiha, Ngugi Mutura (SACDEP-Kenya), Wahu, the Late Mburu, Wanjiru, Nyambura, Ikaba, Waithira and Njoki.
He was also father to Gathogo, Nyiha, Ngugi, Mukami, Ng’ang’a, Waithira, Wanjiru and Kuria. Father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather to many others.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, 15th March, 2022 at his farm in Gathigi Village, Githunguri, Kiambu County.
The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home,Thika Road at 8 am, followed by the burial ceremony at 11am.
Prayers and funeral arrangements are being held at his home in Gathigi Village.
Mzee Mutura, you were a pillar to our family. You will always be in our hearts.
Kwa marafiki na washiriki wa Mutura ! Poleni sana kwa kumpoteza mpendwa wenu katika kifo .
Kusudi la kuandika , ni kuwapa faraja na kuwatia moyo ili mkabiliane kwa mafanikio na hali hii ngumu.
Kwenye Yohana 11:11 Yesu analinganisha kifo cha Lazaro na “usingizi” , hivyo machoni pa Yehova na Yesu wale walio kufa wako usingizini wataamka hivi punde ,sasa soma Yohana 5:28,29 hapo Yesu ataja Ufufuo !
