It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the Death of Sarah Simanto Nteka Mwathi of Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital – Mombasa (C.G.T.R.H).

Wife to Peter Mwathi Mwai (Midwest Logistics and Supplies Ltd – Mombasa). Mother to Sylviah Wangechi Mwathi (Remax) and Eustus Mwai Mwathi (PGA). Grandmother to Shalis Wanjiru Mwangi.

Daughter of the late Ernest Sokoyian and Jecinta Nteka, Daughter-in-law to the late Eustace Mwai and The late Eunice Wangechi.

Sister to the late Memusi, the late Sankale, Nasieku, Naisenya, Naanyu, Olomunyak, Leteipan, Nkini, Parsaloi, Meleji, Milanoi, Selenkei, Sialo, Natasha and many more. Cousin and Auntie to many.

Sister-in-law to Wangari Mwai, Njoki, Wangui, Wanjiru, Njambi, Wairimu, Kamotho, Mutahi and Macharia.

There shall be a memorial service at PCEA Makupa Church on Thursday 16th November, 2023 at 5.30pm.

The cortége leaves Montezuma Funeral Home – Kabati on Tuesday 21st November, 2023. The burial service and interment shall take place on the same day at their home in Gatura, Mukurwe-Ini, Nyeri County.
