It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Retired Senior Chief Joseph Mathias Biwott (Arap lywala) of Nyirar village who died on Tuesday, 22nd August 2017 at Eldoret town.

Loving Husband of Juliana Biwott. Father of Edwin Kiplagat,Vivian Jeruto and Jepkosgei. Brother of the late Joseph Kiptanui, the late Flomena,Annah (Chepkorio), Catherine Thomas, the late Rosaline, Margarine, Lelkuta Chepkurui, Michael Biwott, Majemeli (Kabelio), Esther Some, Mary Daniel, Rosemary Kilimo, Susan Joseph (Kapchesewes). Brother-in-law of Annah Joseph, Christine Michael and the late Mary Chepkurui. Father-in-law of Emily Kimosop and Bonventure Wandera. Brother-in-law of Michael, Simon, Raphael, Sabinah, Patrick and Beatrice of Kapterik, Kiplabai. Uncle of Tumareng, Luchuria, Kimisoi and Limitar of Komolwo Village. Grand father of Cynthia, Fabian, Claire, Mitchelle and many others.

Fundraisings will be held on Tuesday, 29/08/2017 at home, lboi and Wednesday, 30/08/2017 at Nairobi (Holy family Basilica) and Eldoret (Wagon Wheel) from 5.00pm.The cortege leaves MTRH Funeral Home on Friday, 1st September 2017, followed by Requiem Mass at Chesoi Parish from 2pm and overnight vigil at home, lboi. The mass burial will take place on Saturday, 2nd September 2017 at lboi, Koibatek Location, Sambirir ward, Elgeyo Marakwet County.

Loved ones never depart, they rest in God’s hands and live in our hearts forever. We loved you but God loved you most. May the perpetual light shine upon you, Rest in Peace, Amen.
