Senior Elder Esther Wangari Kamau

It is with humble acceptance and submission to God’s will that we announce the passing on to Glory of Senior Elder Esther Wangari Kamau of Assembly Christian Church — Pumwani and formerly of Jambo Petrol Station Ngara on Friday, 8th July 2022.
Loving wife to the late Samuel Kamau Nyaga of Mairi village, Kangari location, Kigumo Muranga County. Daughter to the late Kamau Mahinda and the late Sarah Wangui of Kangari.
Mother to Maina, the late Kibe, Mwangi, Eunice, Sarah and Irene. Mother-in-law to Elder Sarah, Lydiah, Stella, Kimathi (Sakijo), Waziri and the late MM.
Step-sister to Kanyugi, Wangari, Kambo, the late Kihara, Muturi, Watiri and Nduta. Auntie, grandmother and great-grandmother to many.
Memorial service will be on Wednesday, 13th July 2022 from 2.00pm at
Assembly Christian Church Pumwani.
The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home (KU) Thika Road on Friday, 15th July 2022 at 7:00am for a funeral service at Mairi Center Sports Ground and then burial at her Mairi home.
Family and friends are meeting daily at her homes in Mairi and Nairobi South C and also at the Assembly Christian Church Pumwani from 5:00pm.
We will greatly miss you dear Mum. Rest in Eternal Peace.
