Serah Mweru Mwago

It is with great sorrow and acceptance that we announce the sudden passing of Serah Mweru Mwago, who went to be with the lord on Wednesday, 28th June, 2023.

Daughter to the late Abraham Mathia Karaho and the late Elizabeth Nyambura.

A Loving Wife of the Late Justin Mwago (Kiboko). Mother to Anthony Njenga, Lucy Njoki of Mwiki Primary School, Annastacia Wangeci, Leo Ndung’u, the late Joseph Gaitho, the late Dominic Mathia, the late Nicholas Chege and the late Elizabeth Nyambura.

Sister to Esther Muthoni, the late Salome Wairimu Kabue, the late Hannah Njeri Harison, the late Mary Wanjiru Mbuthia, the late Samwel Njenga, the late Njenga (PC),the late Simon Mburu, the late Jackson Kuria, the late Mary Kioi, the late Cecilia Njogo, Susan Mweru,Veronica Wanyoike, Peter Ndung’u, Njenga (C), Joseph Muniu, Milcah Mweru (Namanga), Ngonyo (USA) and Hannah Wambui. Aunt, grandmother and great grandmother to many.

She was a member of St Ann & Joachim Ngenya Catholic Parish.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Kariguini village and Restle Guest hotel Nakuru from 5.00pm. The cortege will leave KU Referral Mortuary (Bypass) in Nairobi on Thursday, 6th July, 2023 at 8.00am. The funeral mass will be at St Mary Holy Rosary Kariguini Catholic Church in Nyanduma Location, Kiambu County from 10.00am, and the interment thereafter at her home Kariguini.
