Shujaa Kariuki Kavore
20th October, 2011 – 28th May, 2023
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden and untimely promotion to glory of our beloved son Shujaa Kariuki Kavore.
Shujaa was the cherished son of Kavore Kariuki and Jane Mwikali Kavore. He was an adoring brother to Princess Thai Kavore.
He was adored by his uncles & aunts; Shaka & Yasmin Kariuki, Wangari & David Mabinda,Wanjiru Kariuki, Mburu & Scola Kariuki, late Muiti Kariuki, Chege & Harriet Chege, Matheri &Wambui Kariuki: Mwangi Macharia, Ngure Macharia, Carol Macharia: Flora Ngonze, Carol & Eric Kinyua, Pauline Ngonze, Daniel Ngonze and Betty Ngonze.
He was the beloved cousin to Shiro, Alex, Malaika, Fahari, Katris, Kaya, Jelani, Zawadi, Amani. Baraka, Malaika, Jabari, Nuru, mani, Macharia, Wahome, Thai, Mwangi, Kavore, Karimi, Sydney, Ethan, Nathan, Anika, Alex, Briella, Sean, Mwende and Jayden.
He was loved by his grandparents: Macharia & Esther Kariuki & Florence Macharia and Wilfred & Grace Ngonze.
The funeral mass will be held at Nairobi Chapel, Ngong Rd. on Tuesday, 6th June 2023 at 11.00am and the burial will take place thereafter at Langata Cemetery.
Family and friends are meeting at their home off Kiambu road on Tuesday 30th May and Thursday June 1st, then Mamlaka Hill Chapel, Ruaka, (opposite Two Rivers Mall) on Wednesday 31st May 2023, Friday 2nd June 2023 and Sunday 4th June 2023 at 5.00pm.
Shujaa was a shining star, who brought joy and happiness to everyone. Shujaa was a brilliant student at Kijani Ridge School, Ridgeways, where he excelled both academically and in extracurricular activities. His passion for sports knew no bounds; he was an incredible junior golfer who won numerous awards.
Our dear Shujaa, may your amazing soul rest in eternal peace until we meet again in heaven.You will forever be missed and cherished in our hearts.

Shujaa was a very close friend, and like a younger brother to me. we have been through all together at his time in Edenville in kiambu. i want pay tribute to my friend by saying shujaa you were everything to me as a friend and to say thank you for being such true pal and sticking for your friends in a way i would be forever grateful. it was in feburary of this year i had chance to see you after you left edenville at two rivers and i was happy to see you. to his parents and his family i extend my condolences, Shujaa was the most friendly person i know and he was part of my life and now that he is gone a part of me has gone with him and to end by saying i hope the sky can gently hold one of the brightest star in the sky above and a candle continutes to burn bright as he sits with the angels. Shujaa may be gone, but he will never be forgotton.. may your soul rest in eternal peace
Shujaa was my friend and both my class mate i was sad to hear about his death and I hope his soul to rest in peace we shall meet in heaven another time shujaa…..😭😭😭😭
