Simakulu Edward Kimunguyi Kituyi

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing on of Simakulu Edward Kimunguyi Kituyi which occurred on 31st May 2023 after sickness bravely borne.

Son to the late Mzee Jamin Makari Kituyi and the late Mama Joina Mukasa Kituyi.

Husband to Madam Anne Kimunguyi. Father to Lydia Nebokhi (Origins Safaris), Simuli Kituyi ( Ministry of Lands), Edwin Mukhisa, the late Peter Makari, Dr Namu (Kenyatta National Hospital), the late Mercy Kituyi, Derrick Kituyi (Masinde Muliro University) and Damaris Chilande.

Brother to Dr Mukhisa Kituyi, the late Albert Waliaula, Juliet Kituyi, Margaret Kituyi, Esther Kituyi, Dixon Kituyi, Lydia Kituyi, Joshua Kituyi and Dinah Kituyi-Oyier.

Loving grandfather to Cerella Ongaro, Fidel Ongaro, Valerie Phoebe, Crystal Jayden, Joina Mukasa, Precious Mercy, Auran Micha, Gracious simuli, Grishan Sitati, Sean Kimunguyi. Loving uncle, cousin, nephew, Father-in-law and close friend to many.

The cortege leaves Kiminini Cottage Funeral Home on Friday 9th June 2023 for his Mbakalo Home Naitiri for a night Vigil. He will be laid to rest on 10th June 2023.
