Sister in Christ Mwalimu Beatrice Wacuka Mwangi

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the promotion to glory of our sister-in-Christ Beatrice Wacuka Mwangi which occurred on Saturday, 26th August 2023.

She was daughter of the late Jason Gathumbi and Susan Gathumbi.

She was the wife to the late Japheth Arthur Mwangi.

She was sister to the late Esther Wagatwe, the late Tabitha Wangithi, Eliud Gichuki, the late Reuben Kimotho, Ethan Kaara, the late Zakayo Mithamo, Ann Wambui, Eunice Wanjira, the late Ruth Wanjiku, Obadiah Mutugi, David Chania, the late Pauline Micere and Joyce Kagio.

She was mother to the late Arthur Kamau, the late Gilbert Gathumbi, Serah Nyambura, Susan Wanjiku, Milton Ngumba and Joyce Wambui.

She was mother-in-law to Sam Okeh, Jane Ngumba and Joe Karuru Njau.

She was grandmother to Chidi, lheanyi, Mwangi, Ngonjo and Kamau. She was an aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral on Wednesday, 30th August 2023, and Thursday, 31st August 2023 at 5:00p.m.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home (Thika Highway) on Saturday, 2nd September 2023 at 7:00am. Funeral Service will be held at ACK St Marks Church, Gatara at 11:00am and burial thereafter at Kiawairagu, Gatara village, Kiharu Division, Muranga County.
