With humble submission to God’s will, the Sisters of Mary Immaculate of Nyeri announce the death of Sr. Mary Felicita Wanjiru Charles which occurred on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Maria Immaculata Hospital, Nairobi.

Daughter of the late Jackton Maikia (Nyaga) and Angeline Wamuguru. Sister of Charles Maina, Agnes Wanjiku Njuguna, Priscilla Warigia Nyaga, Nicholas Kiarahu, Charles Amon Maina, Agatha Warurugu, Lucy Njeri and Peter Ngunjiri. Sister-in-law of the late Jane Wangari Maina, Christopher Njuguna and Josephine Kiarahu among others. Auntie and grandmother of many.

The cortege leaves Our Lady of Lourdes Mwea Hospital Funeral Home on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 5.00 pm for vigil Mass at Sisters of Mary Immaculate Mother House, Mathari Nyeri at 6.00 pm. Requiem Mass and burial will be held at the same place on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 10.00 am.
