It is with humble acceptance of God’s will and plan that we, The Assumption Sisters of Eldoret announce the sudden death of Sr. Peterjosphine Anyango Opiyo of Anyiko Village, Siaya County. Which occurred on 21st May, 2023 at 9.30pm.
Daughter of the late Mr. Nelson Opiyo and the late Mrs.Truphosa Mudira Opiyo. Step Daughter of Alice Apiyo.
Sister to the late James, the late Margaret, Grace (Twin), David, Liz, Lucy, Pamela, John, Emma, the late Charles, Agnes, Regina and Truphosa.
The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on 30th May, 2023 at 2.00pm for requiem Mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral Eldoret at 3.00pm. At 5.00pm the cortege proceeds to Our Lady of Lourdes, Turbo Parish for Vigil Masses.
Burial Mass shall take place on Wednesday, 31st May, 2023 from 10.00am at Parish Grounds, thereafter procession to Our Lady of Lourdes Graveyard,Turbo.
