Sr. Rachel Mumbi

With humble acceptance to God’s will, We the Sisters of Mary Immaculate of Nyeri announce the death of Sr. Rachel Mumbi, which occurred on 6th November, 2022 at Our Lady of Lourdes – Mwea Hospital.

Daughter the late Zakaria Kiragu and late Rachel VVanjiru Sister of the late Antonia Wangui, the late Emilio Kibui, the late Elena Wangari, the late Pascal Muchire, the late Margret Wanyi, Consolata Wanjugu Murima and the late Riberata Wagaki. An auntie and grandmother to many.

The cortege leaves Our Lady of Lourdes Mwea Hospital Funeral Home on Friday 11th November, 2022 at 3.00pm for a Vigil mass at 6.00pm, at Sisters of Mary Immaculate Mother House – Mathari, Nyeri. Requiem Mass and Burial rites to be held at the same place on Saturday, 12th November, 2022 at 10.00am.
