It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that Frony Driving School announce the passing on of Senior Instructor Stanslasi Omondi Wanamika of formerly M.P.S Driving School – Eldoret (1958), which occurred on 25th June, 2023 from Marachi Central Location, Busia County.

Husband to Christine, the late Leonida, the late Prisca, the late Margaret, Godliver and the late Fransisca.

Son-in-law to the late Victorina, Leonida Ajwang’, the late Anyesi Nasirumbi.

Father to Janephesa (Kapkoros Girls Sec), Agneta (St. Gabriel Gwassi Girls Sec), Consolata (Gavalagi Sec), Auleria (COMESA, Lusaka – Zambia), Juliet (Madola Primary), Phillip, Madline, the late Jovita, Caroline, Fredrick (Neela Primary), Simon, Simon (Captain Mungai Garage), Moses (Daystar University), Geoffrey, Cecilia, Juliet (Neela Primary School), Peter (St. Peter’s Seminary), Elvis (Bukhuma Sec), John (Bukhalalire School) and Wilkister (Khunyangu Primary School).

Father-in-law to Limo, Chiriswa (KICD), Olunga, Anyango (Muji Primary), Obwora, Mercyanne, Christine and Judith. Brother to Kalasina Afubwa, Mildred Aoko, Aketch, Ndege and Nakudi. Grandfather to 46 grandchildren and great-grandfather to 3.

Meetings and prayers are taking place daily at his home in Bujwang’a Village, Marachi Central, Butula, Busia County.

The cortege leaves Same Day Classmates Parlor – Sega on Friday, 7th July, 2023 at 8:00am and proceed to Khunyangu Catholic Church for requiem mass from 10.00am, then a night vigil at his homes. Send-off mass will be held at Khunyangu Primary School on Saturday, 8th July, 2023, followed by the interment at his home.
