Stephen Kaaria M’Rwito (Daktari)

We announce with deep sorrow the death of Stephen Kaaria M’Rwito (Daktari), which occurred on Tuesday 12th July, 2022. He hails from Themba Sub-location, Kithoka Location, North Imenti Sub-county, Meru County.

Son of the late M’Rwito wa Kanankari and the late Tirindi. Brother to the late Nkirote, the late Ayub M’Mugambi, the late Obadia M’Marete and the late Lydia Nthama.

Husband to the late Mary Kaimuri Kaaria and then husband to Dorcas Regeria Kaaria. Father to Sammy Mutuma, John Manyara, Grace Mwendwa, Loise Nkatha and Milka Mukiri. Father-in-law to Judy Manyara, James Mwiti, Kenneth Mwiti and Caxton Muriuki.

Grandfather to Kimathi, Kathure and Murangiri, Kanana, Kendi, Karani, Koome, Muriithi, Kithinji and Mugiira. An uncle, friend and mentor to many.

Family, church and friends are meeting at his Kithoka home daily at 4.00pm for funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Meru Funeral Home on Thursday 21st July 2022 at 8.00am for a funeral service at Chabuene Methodist Church – Kithoka. Burial will be held thereafter at the family farm at Runguani Village Kithoka.
