As the ink dries on the final page of this remarkable life, we bid farewell to Stephen Kamau Kahiri [Status Chemist] who departed this life on Wednesday, 3rd May, 2023 while receiving medical treatment in hospital.

Loving husband to Patricia Wambui and a devoted, present father to Sharon Kamau, Lewis Kamau and Calvin Kamau.

First-born son of Peter Kamau Kibiru (Former Councilor, Kariobangi South) and Jane Nyambura. Brother to the late John Mwangi, the late Milkah Njeeri, Susan Kamau and Daniel Muiga.

Son-in-law to the late Joshua Chege and Hellen Nyokabi. Brother-in-law to the late Christopher Njoroge, Anthony Muthami, Evans Kimani, Catherine Muthoni and Peter Chege. He was a lively and humorous uncle to many.

Family and friends are meeting at PCEA Church next to Umoja I Market from 2.00pm on Saturday, 6th May, 2023 until Wednesday, 10th May, 2023 and the family residence in Old Donholm, Neema court.

The cortege leaves the Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home (Referral) on Thursday, 11th May, 2023 at 7.00am for burial at the family home in Juja Farm.

He was a true force of nature whose wit and wisdom will be sorely missed.
