Stephen Kirai Mwithimbu

We are saddened to announce the untimely demise of Mr. Stephen Kirai Mwithimbu (Kinoru and Timau Bookshop) on Monday 14th March 2022.

Husband of Veronicah Mukweruri Kirai. Son of the late Joshua Nkobo Mwithimbu and Grace Mwithimbu, the late Erastus M’Mwenda, Faith Acere Mwenda and Ciamailotha Mwenda.

Loving father to John Gikundi and Mercy, Felix Murithi and Lucy, Doreen Nkirote and James, Martin Kaberia and Betsy, Stella Kagwiria and Christine Kendi.

Brother to the late Godfrey Gitonga, Lydia Kinyua, Ruth Wachira, Solomon Chokera, Julius Mbaabu, Kimathi Nkobo and Joyce Kananu.

Grandfather to Mutuma, Kairuthi, Muthomi,Tracy, Senior, Marcus,Melissa Arvin, Prince, Ziv, Kayden and Caleb. Uncle to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting at his home in Kiringa village and at Terah’s Makutano Kinoru daily starting from 5pm.

The cortege will leave the Kiirua Mission Hospital on 26th March 2022 for funeral service at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church Gachaka. Burial will take place thereafter at his home in Kiirua, Mairi Kumi.
