Susan Chelel Walker

Susan Chelel Walker (fondly known as Suzie) went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, I I” September 2023 after a long illness bravely borne.

Suzie is survived by her mother, Mrs.Terry Walker of lsinya, Kajiado County, siblings Emmy Rubadiri (husband Kwame), Regina Maru (husband Paresh) and Richard Walker (wife Claire).

Suzie is preceded by her father the late George K Walker, her daughter the late Andrea Walker, her brothers the late Tony, Philip and George Walker.

Dearly loved by her nieces Victoria Rubadiri, Mabel Rubadiri; nephews Rico Walker (wife Sharon), Jeff Walker, Ron Maru (wife Kelsey) Raj Maru, Dev Maru, Matthew Walker, Michael Walker, grandnieces Neema Rubadiri and Winter Maru; grandnephews Kyle Walker and Hami Walker; a host of cousins, friends and extended family in Kenya and around the world.

Funeral Cortege will leave Shalom Hospital Mortuary in Athi River at 8:30am for the Service which will take place on Thursday, 21st September 2023 at 10:00am in the ACK St. Patrick’s Church in lsinya town, followed by burial at the family home in lsinya.

Suzy fought a good fight, finished her race and kept the faith — we thank God for shepherding her into His eternal presence.
