Susan Nyokabi Muiruri-Matu
It is with profound loss and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Susan Nyokabi Muiruri-Matu which occurred at Kenyatta National Hospital, Nairobi on 7 October 2022 after a short illness.
Loving wife to Peterson Matu Kamwenji and dear mother to Victor Kamwenji Matu.
Daughter to Stephen Muiruri Waguchu and the late Margaret Muthoni, and Anastasia Njeri Muiruri. Sister to Loise Wamuyu, Nancy Wangui, Eunice Wairimu, Julius Waguchu, Veronica Ngendo, Virginia Njeri, Wilfred Robo, Catherine Nyokabi and Norman Waguchu.
Daughter-in-law to the late Paul Kamwenji and the late Tabitha Wambui Kamwenji. Sister-in-law to Pity Kamwenji, Diana Kamwenji (USA), James Kamwenji (KU) and Lilian Muteithia,the late Mercy Kamwenji, Jane Kamwenji (Brookside) and David Koimburi, and auntie to many.
Family and friends are meeting atACK St. Paul’s Church (Mtito Andei) and Gati-lguru, near Kitamaiyu Secondary School, Kibichoi, Kiambu County.
The cortege leaves KU Funeral Home (Thika Road) on Friday, 14 October 2022 at 7:003m. Susan will be laid to rest at Kirima, Gitimaini Village, Kirima, Karatina Nyeri County thereafter.
