We regret to announce the death of Teresa Akinyi Otieno (Obonyo) of Kodero Bara Primary School, that occurred on 29/05/2022 at MTRH – Eldoret.

Daughter to the late Mzee Nickanor Obonyo Otieno and Mama Penina Obonyo of Kwabwai Nyamogo Village Ndhiwa, Homa Bay.

Wife to the late John Charles Otieno of Uyoma Katwenga. Mother of Paulette Berlyn Adhiambo (Embu Uni), Ivy Judith (JKUAT), Brandon William Onyango, Louis Nick Obonyo (Orero Sec) and Happy Roseline Awuor (Ulanda Girls).

Sister of Salome Obonyo Omondi (Ramogi Institute), Grace Were, Elijah Obonyo (Ministry of Water, Migori), Esther Obonyo (MoH – Rongo Hospital), Mary Obonyo (Kamondi Sch), Nathan Obonyo (Ndhiwa Pri), William Obonyo, Doreen Obonyo, Pamela, Margaret Lillian Ogingo, Shem, Opot, Ogutu, Odunga and others.

Daughter-in-law to the, late William Onyango and Rosemary Onyango. Sister-in-law to Gordon Onyango, Walter Onyango, Mama Cindy, Mwalimu Edwin Omondi Okello of Uyoma Kokwiri, Benard Opande of Homa Bay County and the late Otieno (Obonyo) Charles Okode, Eveline, Ruth, Benta, Veronicah, Elizabeth, Elseba and others.

Cousin to Hon. Mathew Otieno Ogingo, the late Hon. Orwa Ojode, Mary Sabaya.

Auntie to Louis Otieno Ogingo, Caleb, Collins,Victor Omondi, Herbert, Edward, Humphrey, Winnie Omondi, LindaWere, Daisy, Rehema, Zera, Andy Cecil and Mayers.

Niece to Isaac Opiyo Kawaka, Luke ,Kawaka, Robert Kawaka.

The cortege leaves Rosewood Mortuary Rongo on 09/06/2022 for Uyoma Katwenga, Ragengni Migowa School, for burial on 10/06/2022.
