It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely death of Teresia Gathoni Ndikwe of Thigio, Ngarua.

Daughter of the late Ndikwe Mungatu and the late Mary Ngunju Ndikwe of Gatu’ Nga’nga Mathira Nyeri. Mother of the late Patrick Wachira, the late Peter Nderitu, John Miricho, Mary Waithiegeni, the late Charles Maina, Joseph Tumuti, Lucy Baragu, Elizabeth Wangui and Sera Wathima. Mother-in-law of the late Irene Nyawira, Margret Wangui, Jacinta Nyambura, Catherine Muthoni, the late Joseph Maina, Rahab Muthoni, Lucy Nyokabi, John Baragu, Francis Kanyigi and Samuel Ngigi.

Sister of the late Nderitu, late Maathai, the late Kiguta, the late Wathima and the late Wamithi. Step sister of the late Gitonga, the late Nyangari, William Wambugu, the late Gichangi, the late Mundia, Gikunju and the late Maina. Sister-in-law of the late Rose, Teresa, Alice, Charles, Priscilla, David, Molly, Veronica, Elizabeth, Jane and Mary. Cousin, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother of many others.

The cortege leaves Nyahururu district hospital mortuary on Tuesday 27th June 2018 at 9am for mass and burial ceremony in Ngarachi – Ngarua.
