The Family, relatives and friends in humble acceptance of God’s will announce, the passing on of Teriki Kiptek Kamuren on Sunday 30th June, 2019 at Eldoret Hospital after a long illness.

Beloved wife of the late Chief Kiptek Arap Kamuren. Mother of Sote Changole, Sote Somoei, David Kiptek (KDF), Jane Kipteroi, Hon. Charles Kamuren (MP Baringo South), Edward Kiptek (Kisii University) and Mary Kibai. Daughter of the late Leting Chebariolom and late Talai Leting of Sandal Location, Baringo South, Baringo County. Also mother of Setanei Kamuren, Ng’elechei Kamuren, the late Snr. Chief James Kiptek, John Kiptek, Daniel Kiptek, Ronald Kiptek, Sote Lobil, Sote Chilakol, Sote Kapng’urmuch, Sote Ole Karikat, the late Sote Ole Ntakiti, Sote Lomul, Sote Kamarikan, Sote Cheboi, Sote Kasitet, Sote Tong’olo, Sote Tapkigen, Sote Tinga, Sote Kaplobouk and Sote Chebor.

Sister-in-law of the late Kalimong Kamuren, Arabal Kamuren, Chetutich Kamuren and Cheserem Kamuren. Mother-in-law of the late Paramount Chief Changole, Samoe, Joseph and Richard Kibai. Grandmother of Florence Changole (Post Bank), the late Hon. Kiprono Chongole, Moiro, Zipporah, Kiplagat, Juliet, Tibin, Gabriel, Titus, Janet, Emmanuel, Cherutich, Anne Jerotich, Brenda, Ruth, Ray, Jekorir, Kalya and many others. Great-grandmother of Tracy Jelagat, Jepkemoi, Roy, Kibet, Deno, Kimosop, Kibiwot, Kiptek, Jeru, Morgan, Ryan among many others.

Friends and relatives are meeting 5.30pm daily, concurrently at Marigat, Eldoret, Nairobi and Sandai.

The funeral service will take place on Saturday, 13th July, 2019 at Sandal Primary School, Sandai Location. The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) on Saturday 13th July, 2019 for burial at her home Sandai.
