It is with profound grief and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our dear Thomas Peter Orina (Tom Mkubwa) on the 23rd of October 2022.

Son of Charles Machani and Rosemary Moraa. Brother to Melanie Kemunto, Emmanuel Mosoti and the late Ann Kwamboka. Grandson of the late Tom Orina and Paulina Nyakerario and Nicholas Motonu Obiri and Clemencia Nyoteyo.

Nephew of Dare Omanga, late Christopher Nyaundi, late Philomena Owino, late Teresia Nyangate, late Consoiata Nyaboke, Elizabeth Moruri,Thomas Orina, Sammy Mankone, Hon. Ben Momanyi, Joseph Mabiria, Edward Omwange, Herbert Obiri, Andrew Onsombi, Paul Ondimu, Leonida Kangwana, Sabina Ouko, Rosaline Kibagendi, Evelyne Mogoi, Charles Ngoge, Richard Nyaega among others.

Uncle of Tom Christopher Orina, Michelle Lele, Miranda Lele, Paulina Nyakerario, Adrian Mosoti, Sophia Mosoti, Terrence Orina, Tyler Agwata among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the family home for prayers.

There will be a fundraiser to offset the medical and funeral expenses on Tuesday 1st November 2022 at 680 Hotel (Makutano Hall) at 5.30 pm.

The requiem mass will be held at The Shrine of The Sacred Heart of Jesus, Karen, on Thursday 3rd November 2022 from 11.30 am.
