It is with humble acceptance that we announce the death of Veronica (Mai) Nasambu on I st of January 2019 that occurred at Meridian Equator Hospital after a short illness.

Daughter of the late Enock and Namalwa Wanzusi. Sister of Loy and the late Daniel, Majuma, Woliama and Nasimolo. Mother of Tito Masaba, the late Ann, Janet Namalwa (Cityview), the late Salome, the late George, John Masika, Fr. Charles Lukati (Australia), Jane Ayoma and Peter Wasike. Spiritual Mother of Ruth. Cousin of Wepukhulu. Sister-in-law of Dorothy (Webuye) and Alice Wamono (Uganda). Aunt of Pst. Sophia, Jennifer, Julius, Barasa, Alex, Maureen and Amina (Mombasa). Mother-in-law of Jorgen Nielsen and Stella Wasike. Grandmother of Ayub, Lydia, Anthony, Mildred, Michael, Joseph, Magda, Stella, Vinny, Anita, Ann, Simon, Joe, Meshack, Stacey, George, Martin and 10 Great Grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Tuala and Rongai Residence at 4.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements. Funeral will take place on Saturday 12th 10.00am at her home in Tuala Town, Oloorsirkon.
