Vincent Chitayi Kubania

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Vincent Chitayi Kubania that occurred on 30th June 2022.

He was the loving husband to Pamela Awuor. First son to the late Joachim Chitayi and the Late Clare Ochami. Step son to Filgona Chitayi. Father to Loice Auma, Caro Atieno (Bungoma), Dennis Onyango (Mombasa), Vivian Chitayi (Meru Prisons) and Kelvin Chitayi.

He was the elder brother to Lilian, Bibiana, Juliana, Gaudencia, Judith, Frankline, Jackline, Eileen, Sarah, Dorothy, Jerald, Joyce, Alfred, Saul, Mike, Sammy, Getrude, Fredy, Cecilia, Rose, and the late Dismus. He leaves behind 13 grandchildren and was an uncle to many.

He was the nephew to Pius Akwanya Gabriel, Suleiman Otieno and Musa Chite.

The cortege leaves Butere Funeral parlour on 8th July 2022.The body will lay in state on Friday at his home in Budonga Village, Mumias where the burial shall be held on 9th July 2022.
