It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Virginia Nthua Mad of Gacabari village- Kiambere ward, Mbeere South which occurred on 19/10/2019.

Wife of Mwalimu Stanley Mati Ireri (Waciangene). Daughter of the late Erasmus Marenga and the late Rebecca Kiura of Machanga sub location, Mavuria location. Mother of Simon Ireri (Smatts-Matuu), Mercy Mad (IPOA -Nrb), Rebecca Muthoni (Malindi), Charity Wawira (Eacc-Nrb), John Kariuki (Sciencescope-Nrb) and Mary Mbuya (Kanisa Housing-Nrb). Mother-in-law of Emma Ireri, Godfrey Kiriungi, Allan Nyaga, Jackline Kariuki and John Kinyua. Grandmother of Celine, Mercy, Stanley, Soni, Sheilla, Murimi, Ginny, Makena, Natasha, Keyla and Kyle. Sister of Njiru, the late Maringa, Abyshag, Mugo, Barnabas, the late Spora, Naleah and Faith. Sister-in-law of Jedidah, the late Gladys, Bean, Peninah and Julius. Also cousin, Niece, aunt and grandmother to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangements at their home in Nthangathiri Village, Gacabari, Mutuobare Location, Mbeere South Sub-County, Embu County.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral home Embu on 26/10/2019 for prayers at ACK St. Peters Gacabari church. Thereafter funeral service and burial will be held at her homestead Nthangathiri village the same day.
