Vivian Wambui Miri

3rd May, 1973 – 14th April, 2023 

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Vivian Wambui Miri of the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry; Kenya Meteorological Department and a former employee of State House, which occurred on 14th April, 2023 at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital.

Daughter to the late Regina Njeri.

Wife to the late Samuel Miri. Mother to Beatrice Wairimu. Grandmother to Melisa Wanjiru.

Sister to Mary Kanyi and the late JaneWahu. She was a cousin, aunt and a friend to many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at her residence at Kabiria, Satellite for funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home at 10.00am on Friday 21st April, 2023 for a funeral service at Don Bosco Catholic Church at 12.00pm. Thereafter, Vivian will be laid to rest at Lang’ata Cemetery, Nairobi.
