It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Walter Obudho Abondo, former OCPD, Nandi East.
Son of the late Lucas Abondo Nyabuor and Caren Atieno Abondo of Muhoroni, Kisumu County. Son-in-law to Mr. & Mrs. Lang’o of Kisumu, Kanyakwar and Mr. & Mrs. Olimo of Mikei, Kadem.
Loving husband to Evalyne Atieno and Gladys Achieng. Father to Felix O. Abondo, Hillary O. Abondo, Liz Cynthia Abondo & Faith N. Abondo.
Brother to Charles Obuya Abondo, James Ooro Abondo, Naphtali Oyoo Abondo, George Asoro Abondo, George Odoyo Abondo, Mary Nyamondo, Agnes Owuo & Evans Tobias Abondo.
Uncle to Judith Anyango, Evans Nyamondo, Eddy Odhiambo, Cliff Abondo, Fidelbon Abondo, Gillian Angie Abondo.
Brother in law to Phoebe Angula, Elizabeth Ooro and Milka Aloo.
Family and relatives are meeting daily at his home at Awasi for funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves Nightngale Morgue, Kisumu on 13th January, 2023 for his rural home in Awasi. Burial shall take place on Saturday January 14th January, 2023.
