It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Winfred Musyawa Mue.

Daughter of the late Jones Mue Mutheke and the late Agnes Kasenzi Mue (Mathunya). Step-daughter of Lesa Kaluki Mue. Daughter-in-law of the late Alphonse Mulei Matu and Rebecca Ngii Mulei (Mitaboni).

Wife of Mr Jackson Matu Mulei (KEFRI). Mother of Jared Mwendwa Matu, Cynthia Ngii Matu, Stella Nzisa Matu and Lynnette Wavinya Matu. Grandmother of Spencer Wambua, Stephen Musyoki Mwendwa, Winfred Musyawa Mwendwa, Wendy Lungazo Inyangala.

Sister to Rhoda Mwania, the late Joseph Mbiu, Esther Mwikali, Jackline Nthambi, Frederick Muia, Peninah Mbula, Paul mbithi, Samuel Nzioka and Jane Mue.

Sister-in-law to Joseph Mwania, the late Musyoki, the late Mutuku, Judah Musembi, Ruth Kaswii, RoseTabitha, Beth Mulei, the late Musyoka, Victoria Nzisa and Mathew Katundu.

Auntie to Ngina, Nzilani, Mbatha, Mbithi, Michael,Agnes, Mwende, Flora, Musyoka, Ben, Doreen, Caro, Ruth, Ndanu, Steve, Jerad, James, Janet, Nzula, Mwongeli, Samuel, Daniel, Abigael, Sylvia, Sialel, Nelly, Nicole, Kalendi, Dennis, Mutuku, Mwanza, Ndunda and others. A cousin and friend of many.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Mortuary on January 14th 2023 at 8.00am for a funeral service and burial, at her home in Maanzoni village, Mitaboni Sub-location, Kathiani Sub-county, Machakos County.
