I first met Mama Minjire over 25 years ago. I never ever saw her angry or sad despite the many challenges that came her way. She was a joyful and brilliant lady. She loved the Lord and her family. Worship was never complete without her favourite Kikuyu worship song, “Ngumo na Ugooci” been sang.
A great matriarch has rested and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
May her soul find eternal rest in the perfect peace of God until the resurrection morning when the Lord will call forth His faithful. (Annah Wambui Kimani. A sister in law.)
