Winston Mbiyu Kanui

We regret to announce the death of the former Kangundo Westward MCA Hon. Winston Mbiyu Kanui who passed on his sleep on Tuesday 1/10/2019 night after succumbing to a stroke attack.

Son of the late Stephen Kanui Kyale and the late Naomi Kasiva Kanui. Husband of Mary Kamene Mbiyu. Father of Judith, the late Shem, Joshua, George and Wanjiru. Brother of Prof Titus Kanui of Seku, Pauline Mueni, Benson Kanui of Kyevaluki Services Ltd, Paul Mumo, the late Peter, Peninah Kanui of Kangundo, Eng Richard Kanui of Kilimo House, Rosemary Ndila of Kangundo Hospital, Charles Kyale of Kangundo, Benjamin Kanui Principal Maragua Ridge Sec, among others. Brother-in-law of Kimeu, David, Ruth, Peninah, among others. Cousin of Charles, Mwanzia, Nduume, Nduku, Kioko, Mumo, among others. Uncle of Eric, Winnie, Eve, Mutuku, Kyalo, Caroline, Kevin, Derick, Angela, Tedd, Jeff, Kioko, Joshua, among others.

Friends and family are meeting at his homestead in Kangundo West Ward, Kakuyuni sub-county, Mutuyu village daily for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home (Machakos) at 7:00 am on Saturday 12/10/19 and thereafter (10:00 am) prayers at Kakutha Primary School Grounds. Later the body will be laid to rest at his homestead.
