It is with humble acceptance and deep sorrow that we announce the untimely death of Miss Yan Khaoya Ngondi, a third year medical student at JKUAT.
Daughter of Dr. Pius Ngondi (Century Pharmacy) and Florence Khaoya. Granddaughter of the late Severino Kamwagire and Evanjerina Njoka, the late Hon. Joseph Khaoya and late Mary Khaoya. Sister of Peterson, Wanja, Muthoni, Sande (RCMRD), Wesley (Laborex), Marvin, Peace, Shalom and Joe. Niece of John, Mary, Wanjiru, Col Lt Rt Khaoya, Janet, Margaret, Douglas, Hon. Moses, Hon. Mulunda, Ngoni, Lt Col Khaoya (Kenya Navy), Dr. Khaoya (Strathmore), Kennedy, Gladys, Loise (Canada), Stella (EARL), Lilian (Coca Cola), Judith (Immigration), Violet (DP office), Edwin. Cousin of Dave, Tom, Peter, Evans, Felyn, Mercy, Patience, Brian, Pravin, Hope, Kevin, Ryan, Christine, Joe, Marie.
Family and friends are meeting daily at their Kitale home next to Standard Estate, Maili Tatu.
There will be a fundraising at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi on Tuesday 26th June 2018 from 5pm.
The body leaves Coptic Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 28th June 2018 for a service at Citam Valley Road at 9.30 a.m. and thereafter to the Kitale home for burial on Saturday 30th June 2018.
