Yaron Kathuri

We are saddened to announce the death of Yaron Kathuri, which occurred on 22nd October, 2022 at the age of 17 in Douglasville, Georgia, United States.

He was the first son to Andrew Kariuki Kathuri and Vera Chebet Kathuri (USA). He was brother to Shalom, and cousin to Beatrice, Micheal, Chidubem, Adaeze, Basil (All in USA), Joshua, Lynne, Joel, Joy, Faith, Koech (Eldoret and Tambach) Ethan, Ahadi, Immanuela (Nairobi), among others.

Nephew to Ben & Stella Muturi (USA), John & Ann Kathuri (USA), James & Patricia Mwalimu Kathuri (Nairobi), Rev. Reginald & Mrs. Valerie Godfrey (USA), Kiptoo Barkechir, Rose Barkechir (Tambach), Mercy Barkechir (Eldoret) among others.

Grandson to Mr. & Mrs. Josiah and Josephine Kathuri (Nairobi), the late Ms. Grace M. Barkechir and Ms. Stella Koech (USA). Godson to Mr. and Mrs. Arthur & Lydia Ogai (USA).

Yaron, you were a gift to Mom, Dad, your brother Shalom, your grandparents, many uncles and aunties, cousins and your friends from all over. Though you only lived 17 years, you touched many lives globally and your light will continue to shine forever.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, 23rd November, 2022 in Marietta, Georgia, USA.
