The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), regrets to announce the demise of Mr. Zachary Kefa Chepukaka – Senior Principal Librarian, which occurred on I 6th July, 2023.

Son of the late Mzee Reuben Chebukaka and Mama Dinah Naliaka of Lugulu Village – Webuye.

Spouse to Florence Engado. Father to Soresi Shikai Chepukaka.

Brother to William, Ebby, the late George, the late Anne,A.K. Chebukaka, Margaret, Nelly, the late Paul, the late Yonah and Melina.

Brother-in-law to Elizabeth,Winnie, Lucy, Edward, Peter, Masambu Ahiro and many others.

Friends and relatives are meeting at Chelic Restaurant (Railways Club), from 5.00pm for burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves MP Shah Hospital Morgue on 27th July, 2023 for burial at his home at Lugulu Village, Webuye, Bungoma County on 29th July, 2023.
